Does The Every Other Day Diet Work? Like many of you I have tried them all. You do your home work or you have “heard” that a diet or program, or pill etc works for others so you try it. And then no fat loss, no flat tummy, no inch loss nothing but frustration.
I feel your pain. So you give up, for a while. And then you muster up another go at it. Or at least I hope you can at least this one more time. Because folks I have see them all and this is the real thing. It will work. The principles and science are sound and if you do it the only thing that can happen is weight loss, fat loss, getting a flat tummy and more life and vitality.
And I must mention the recipes are so fabulous you wont think “DIET”. You will feel like you are being pampered. And guess what you are. You are giving your self real food for real energy. Your metabolism will kick in right away!
I started myself and my whole family on the plan. It is a way to eat more than a diet. We all started dropping pounds the first few days!
